Who we are
FLUTURE LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA, provides online IB Mathematics tutoring under the name Fluture IB Maths. FLUTURE LLC is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: lessons@flutureib.com.
What we collect
When you send a lesson request we receive the details you type in the form: your name and email address, the student's name, school, course, year, preferred times, time zone and your message. When you pay, we receive the payment details of your bank transfer. When online card payment becomes available it will be processed by Stripe, and we will only receive confirmation of payment, never your full card number.
Why we use it
- To answer your request, schedule lessons and send invoices (steps taken at your request before and under a contract).
- To keep accounting and tax records as required by law.
We do not sell your data, send marketing without your consent, or use tracking or advertising cookies on this website.
Students under 18
Most of our students are minors. Where the student is under 18, we ask that the request is sent by, or with the knowledge of, a parent or guardian, and we communicate about scheduling and payment with the parent or guardian.
Who processes it for us
Our website and email server; Google (Google Meet, for live lessons); our bank; and, once online card payment is available, Stripe. Some of these providers are located in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by the provider's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to lessons are deleted within 12 months. Records of lessons and payments are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK or a similar jurisdiction you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address above. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
